The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR in Stafford, TX

New 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR
The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is a high-performance masterpiece engineered for speed, precision, and power. Inspired by Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing and built for riders who demand the best, this motorcycle redefines what’s possible on two wheels.

High-Performance Engineering

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is powered by the Screamin’ Eagle® 131 Powertrain, producing 153 horsepower and 150 ft-lb of torque, making it the most powerful factory-installed Milwaukee-Eight® engine in a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. The engine is paired with the Screamin' Eagle® Racing King 6 Transmission, designed for durability and race-level performance with shot-peened gears and back-cut shift dogs for enhanced gear engagement. The motorcycle features a high-performance intake system with a 68mm throttle body for increased airflow and a CNC-machined aluminum intake manifold that minimizes weight. The washable Screamin’ Eagle® High Flow air filter enhances intake efficiency and delivers a deep, aggressive intake rumble. The Akrapovič full titanium exhaust system is co-developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, featuring lightweight 2-into-1 header pipes, carbon fiber shields, and a titanium muffler. It sheds over 10 pounds compared to standard Milwaukee-Eight exhausts while remaining 50-state emissions compliant.

Precision Handling and Braking

Race-spec Öhlins suspension includes a 43mm inverted fork and remote reservoir rear shocks, both fully adjustable. The suspension raises ride height by two inches, increasing lean angles for aggressive cornering. A billet aluminum swingarm, machined from a solid 220-pound block down to 18 pounds, enhances precision handling and reduces unsprung weight. The braking system includes Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC calipers with four 32mm pistons, a nickel-plated finish, and 320mm T-Drive front rotors for optimal stopping power under extreme conditions. A four-piston Brembo™ rear caliper with a 300mm rotor completes the system. Billet aluminum midfoot controls replace traditional footboards, allowing for greater lean angles and more precise rider control.

Aerodynamic and Lightweight Design

The bodywork is made of lightweight carbon fiber and finished in Harley-Davidson® Racing Orange with black and white accents. Exposed carbon fiber weave under a gloss clear coat highlights its racing DNA. Just like the 2025 King of the Baggers Factory Race Bikes, the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR carries a premium finish with custom show-bike quality paint and graphics. Each unit is individually serialized with a riser clamp, marking its exclusivity and historical significance. A race-inspired solo seat with a pommel, developed in collaboration with Saddlemen®, raises the rider’s position by an inch for optimized mid-control ergonomics, with a rear bolster for support under acceleration.

Advanced Technology and Infotainment

Technology features include Track and Track Plus ride modes, developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing rider Kyle Wyman. These modes fine-tune throttle response, braking, and traction control for maximum track performance. The motorcycle also includes a 12.3-inch Skyline™ OS touchscreen infotainment system, providing an intuitive interface with wireless Apple CarPlay®, Bluetooth®, and embedded navigation. Over-the-air updates ensure the system stays current. The Rockford Fosgate® Stage III audio system delivers 500 watts of high-output sound through 6.5-inch, 3-way fairing speakers, optimized for performance at high speeds.

Rider Safety and Control

Rider safety enhancements include a suite of cornering rider safety features designed for optimal control. The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) prevents wheel lock during sudden braking, while Electronic Linked Braking (ELB) adjusts brake pressure between the front and rear. Traction Control System (TCS) prevents excessive rear-wheel spin, and Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS) minimizes rear-wheel slip during abrupt downshifts. Cornering Enhanced versions of ABS, ELB, TCS, and DSCS adjust dynamically based on lean angle. Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) prevents rollback on inclines, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) provides real-time alerts. The motorcycle is also equipped with Signature LED Lighting that improves visibility and enhances the aggressive front-end profile.
