After working in retail management for 25 years it is great to feel truly welcomed into an establishment. Unfortunately in these days and times a greeting, handshake, and a name is something so frequently overlooked. In the case of Republic Harley-Davidson you guys have it going on! Too many times people complain and never pass on the good compliments. So when I experience outstanding service I do like to pass it on and let all involved know it. Team work is the key to a successful business.

I was with my friend, Doney Larive, when he came into your shop to buy a motorcycle.
I was very impressed with the store and more impressed with your people. Doney dealt with Dridget to began with and she guided him through all the other departments who were staffed with great folks. I don't ride a Harley at lthis time but should I buy another bike in the future, I am going to come see lyou folks first. I don't have to tell you kthat you have a first class operation.

I had as much fun as Doney did and I didn't buy a bike.

I wanted to express our sincere appreciation to you and all of your staff for your efforts yesterday evening at our customer appreciation event. You exceeded our expectations on every front and it was clear to me the pride and feeling of family that permeates your store and your organization.

Every bike was meticulously placed and every detail from the lights to the audio were taken care of. A number of customers commented on the affability and information only approach of your sales managers. It was extraordinary to see over 100 bikes moved, numerous tables and desks cleared and chairs relocated, and the floors swept... all within a few hours and all done with a smile and a commitment by you and your staff to work together to get the show room perfect.
