Recently my wife Juanita and I bought a new 2011 Fat Bob from your dealership. I just wanted to send you an email and let you know that your staff sealed the deal. We actually came in to look at bikes and had no intentions of buying..... on that day we were literally just price shopping. However after your salesmen took the time to go over every detail of a Harley with my wife, then let her not only sit on a bike and start it up BUT took the time to hook her up on your little stationary machine thing we knew out of all the places in Houston, Republic HD would be the one to sell us our bike. From start to finish every person we were introduced to performed with the utmost courtesy and respect for our ignorance as to the "in's" and "out's" of Harley's. No one ever laughed at our questions or acted like we were idiots because we didn't know something. That alone impressed me as I have been in numerous HD dealerships where the sales staff act like snobs and won't help you unless you have the Harley "look". I have been in countless dealerships in my life and never have I seen so many people willing to help. Also I have never seen a dealership that allows you to start up the bikes On the showroom floor.....which was what hooked my wife just FYI. Five seconds of having a big v-twin between her legs and I knew we had just gone from looking to buying. Had your salesmen just ignored us like they do at every other place we have ever been she would have never felt what it is like to fire up a bad ass fire breathing monster from Milwaukee. And our experience didn't just stop at the store....upon arrival at our house I was treated to a complete walk-thru of everything on the bike....information I desperately needed BTW. I was also treated like a king when I called the parts department to inquire about seating options for our new bike. The guys were even nice enough to put my new seat on before it was delivered. I have dreamed for 21 years of the day I could bring home my first Harley and between the bike itself and your kick ass staff this whole experience has been nothing short of fan-friggin-tabulous. Hell your guys even went so far as to get me a job application after my wife told them about my interest in the graphics position you are seeking to fill and they introduced me to Mellowson. BTW you hired anyone for that yet? LOL Anyways Craig in closing I just want to say thank you to you and everyone else for giving us an experience we will never forget. While this will for sure not be the last Harley we ever own I am positive nothing will ever compare to what we experienced during our time at the dealership and it won't be our last. We live five minutes away from San Jacinto Harley and 30 minutes away from you, but I would drive that distance any day of the week just to have the pleasure of interacting with your staff! After working in retail management for 25 years it is great to feel truly welcomed into an establishment. Unfortunately in these days and times a greeting, handshake, and a name is something so frequently overlooked. In the case of Republic Harley-Davidson you guys have it going on! Too many times people complain and never pass on the good compliments. So when I experience outstanding service I do like to pass it on and let all involved know it. Team work is the key to a successful business.

I was with my friend, Doney Larive, when he came into your shop to buy a motorcycle.
I was very impressed with the store and more impressed with your people. Doney dealt with Dridget to began with and she guided him through all the other departments who were staffed with great folks. I don't ride a Harley at lthis time but should I buy another bike in the future, I am going to come see lyou folks first. I don't have to tell you kthat you have a first class operation.
I had as much fun as Doney did and I didn't buy a bike.

I can not thank you enough for what you did for our families – every child in that room left with a smile from ear to ear and that is a wonderful outcome considering what these children have been through. If for just those three hours – our children could forget about the horrific experiences they endured and “just be children” again for a moment, then we all did our job!
